Tesla S models

So much buzz has been made about the Tesla being an electric car, its features, design, and concept, and how other cars of its kind are simply on the verge of taking over the automotive world in the nearest future leaving the conventional internal combustion engine for dead.

With all the buzz hype and razzmatazz of the Tesla brand and the electric car concept, some quarters of the automotive community still do not understand what it means to own or drive an electric car and the features or perhaps the advantages attached to it compared to the conventional internal combustion engine.

The Tesla Model S which I choose to lay more emphasis on with this post is one of  Tesla, s fore runner models currently, equipped with state-of-the-art features that truly represent what an electric car is all about today, the S model is well and truly a fascinating car to drive, this car is an embodiment of safety, grace, intelligence, and outright performance, some features that makes the S model thick includes

1. SMART AUTOPILOT MODE

The smart autopilot mode enables the Tesla S model to take control of the road just in case you feel too fatigued to do so, it enables the car to effectively manage speed using the traffic-aware cruise control mode, change lanes by simply activating a turn signal  and avoid collision via its digital control motors.
The autopilot mode also enables the S model to scan for parking space simply on a command. these features are regularly updated severally via software.

2. UNIQUE PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY

The Tesla Model S is adequately designed to enhance key safety features, with a well-defined and unique drive train that enhances highway driving, the  Tesla S model has really got what it takes in terms of performance.

3. ELECTRIC ALL-WHEEL DRIVE

The all-wheel drive in the Tesla S is a fusion of two electric motors on each wheel this inclusion gives the S model the required acceleration it needs. the all-wheel drive system basically takes advantage of the light weight of the S model to achieve a supercar acceleration of  60 miles in about 3 seconds.

4. IMPROVED CHARGING

Since the Tesla S largely depends on an electricity supply to get its system all revved up then its charging system should be adequate and quick enough, with an estimated charging cost of $ 0.12 per kilowatt an estimate of  $2.90 worth of gasoline is actually saved.
