All current attempt by Indian automobile manufacturing company mahindra to buy out renowned Italian coach builder pininfarina Have so far been futile.
Reason are because the banks responsible for farina,s debts have dis agreeed to the current proposal being tabled by the mahindra.
The bid if it was accepted would have enabled pinin farina to upset half of its s97 million dollar debt, but apparently the company,s creditors did not see enough reasons to accept the bid.
It could be recalled that farina had found itself in a seemingly messy situation financially for some years now which had prompted it to focus more on styling rather than auto manufacturing.
Despite this setback the company still finds a way to roll out beautiful products as seen above as it also plans to carry out a debt restructuring as measures to continue to stay afloat.
